My latest project has been working with Chef Victor and the great team at Spaghettini Restaurant as recipe editor for their new ‘cookbook’, ‘Spaghettini at Home’. It’s actually more than a cookbook, it’s loaded with 35 years of Spaghettini classic recipes. ‘Spaghettini at Home’ also showcases the best of the best jazz artists.
